All training courses must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place.
A non-refundable deposit of £40 per dog is included within the total course fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
The £40 deposit per dog is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Once a course has started, no refunds will be issued for missed or unused sessions.
Course fees are charged for the programme as a whole and not on a per-session basis.
If a client chooses to withdraw from the course after it has commenced, no refund will be given.
Missed Sessions
We are unable to offer refunds or transfers for missed sessions.
In some cases, and at our discretion, we may offer an alternative such as a private session; however, this is not guaranteed.
Changes & Exceptional Circumstances
Any refunds or transfers outside of these terms are made entirely at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Client Responsibility
By booking a course, you agree to attend the scheduled sessions and understand that your place cannot be transferred or resold once the course has begun.
